EU4 is not starting anymore

Hello!
My EUIV is not starting anymore after a PC crash and repair (motherboard, RAM...).

It shows the corrupt files / C++ redistributable message.

Can someone help?

I tTried to fix it according with the hints (C++ redistribution packages deleted all of them and reinstalled them). Uninstalled Steam and EUIV. Cleaned up all files, reinstalling. No mods.

Checked integry of the files, windows repair. all looks fine
Even updated the graphic drivers NVIDIA and Intel (read something somewhere in the forum).

There are no log files in the folder and no normal settings.txt

From that dxdiag.txt you may have a Windows or hardware problem. But let's check some stuff anyway.

Run eu4.exe, do you get any Windows error when it fails?
