Hi guys! So I've downloaded EU4 on my new laptop and when I get into the menu it freezes. I can still click things and the game will process things, but it will be constanty frozen on that exact frame. If I alt+tab out of the game, then alt+tab back again, it will show me the latest frame. (So for example if I'm in the menu and click singleplayer, it will process it, but the game will still show me the menu screen. Then when I alt+tab out and into the game it will show me the interesting countries tab, and so on and so forth).

Try to run the game in borderless fullscreen instead of normal fullscreen(you can select that in the launcher). This usually helps in similar situations.
