Are you sure you are screenshotting the right part of the province history? Shouldn't it be a screenshot of when the owner changed to Ireland?

It doesn't say that because I'm the one who owned it, and became Ireland.

Fastest Spain unification, 1465. Did it through diplomacy and the Iberian Wedding event. Luckiest start I've ever had.

PU with Portugal, France, Great Britain, Denmark and Muscovy.
HRE is under my control with 50 lovly vassal prince, authority is 100 an i can catch them all, at the moment i want.
Spain is only european country, who is big and independen, I'm still waiting that they get a weak claim. Than they will PU, too.
Muslim world has austrian fingers on the edge to persia, next goal is the jump to india, than china.

Actually, there are no wars in europe possible, if not austria starts the war.

But I'm pretty sure this can be done so much faster. I annexed Orissa as a vassal and it could've been done 10-15 years faster if they would've been annexed directly.

I don't think there should be a record for the College of Cardinals. It's just far too easy and there's a cap of 12.

Agreed, it should be suppressed, it's too much of a pain in the ass for me to look for it.

Um, what record are you shooting for exactly? It looks more like you accidentally posted your empire here rather than the empires thread.

Okay I have to ask: How on earth are you guys getting these 10k+ trade incomes??? I'm doing my first playthrough with GB, started 1444, and I'm almost finished (1780), I expanded my realm a lot and tried to get as much trade income as possible, but I can't get over 250-300. Is there a bug, or somehow you set it to count per year/decade, or what am I missing here? 10k+ seems impossible to me

Check out Myrten's thread, Post your ridiculous trade income. The current record is about 40k, but the technique is the same for anyone -- ships, merchants, and clever co-op with the AI.

If it is not too late, why not have both ironman and non-ironman scores? (E.g. put non-ironman in parenthesis)

By trading from California all the way to Antwerp. The trade route listed in this thread, to be exact

Aside from that, you just gotta conquer/colonize as much provinces alongside that trade-route. California, mexico, Nipon and Beijing get priority. Then you build manufactures in them, and as many lvl 3 trade/production buildings as your monarch points allow you too. Then build a huge trade fleet to defend all those trade notes. In my attempt I had a fleet of over 7145 ships in 1800(when I lost the east-indies buff).

Hello, I belive that I am the fastest at forming the Commonwealth, did it in 1511, i provided a screenshot where you can read that it was in fact formed at that time. Hope that is sufficient proof. Btw, has anyone seen the AI form the Commonwealth yet?
