This was caused by hitting the gold cap(your gold gets reset to -2,1 Million).

Paying of the loans is rather annoying, my fingers get tired of it.

The guy who accomplished it, explained how he did it.
Seems legit to me. Though I haven't played Austria so I coulnd't tell you; in any case I don't think I'm that good of a player as to accomplish such a feat.

The explanation is actually mostly irrelevant to how the 1464 run went, it's much faster and less luck dependant now.
As I said before, I'll do a write up of it once I get a time I'm more satisfied with.

There's a record for base tax?
I'm sure I have several provinces with bigger base tax than 14, brb...
There's multiple 14 base tax provinces in my hre alone, it might be base/near base for some of the HRE minors (münchen, wien, lombardia).

No it's not.
Want me to do it again? (although 64 was a rather lucky run... pre-70 is consistent though).
Want me to do it on ironman? (not that it matters if I do or don't if you think it's impossible anyway)

Don't say things are impossible if you haven't tried them/don't know how they are done. As I said, I'm confident pre 1460 is doable if you get a really early inheritance, no wars untill after landfreude and 2/1+1dotf-war wars after it.
Heck, 1455 might be doable if you get 'lucky' with allies being nice and lucky rolls as well as smth like that <1year burgundian inheritance someone posted in one of the ss threads. Don't think so, but I thought <1490 would be a real pain initially, now I think 1460 is like that so who knows.

If you elaborated a bit more on the exact way you won 400+ imperial authority points within 20 years it would be nice. I'm not saying you're cheating, but you must admit "edited savegames, added IA" (after we unfortunately lost the requirement of the game being Ironman, which makes everything way, way cheesier) seems at first a likelier explanation than "gained more than 20 IA points per year while not angering anyone to keep their votes". If you shared the exact, in-detail strategy to have that huge rate of IA gain, that would be different ;)

Actually, I don't bother with keeping everyone friends for votes. Just have to have my ruler not die for 18 years, and so far he either dies after 5 or after 50 years. The way IA works for allowing them all to say yes even though they hate you is absurd. HRE hates me? Oh, I'll just go for 10 more IA and it's fine.

I can do an ironman run pre-1470 if you'd like?
not that ironman is very safe...

E:
once again, I'll do a writeup in a day or two, I'd like to get a few more runs to try and get <1460.

If you get the IA higher than 50 to be able to pass reforms, then even more IA points are necessary; it would reach 500 total points quickly, so now it's 25 IA points per year.

If you eventually post the detailed strategy it will be an interesting read indeed, I for one can't figure out a way to keep that IA gain consistently, given that forcing your enemy to release a minor state gives you 4 o 5 points and defending the empire (IIRC) just 5.

Updated records for base tax, inflation, interest, westernizing, AI land and sea forces, and land forces. Added in new records for manpower, and force limits.
You have marked the Kingdom of God record incorrectly to me
Fixed. thank you.
More than a few cheaters and file modders in this thread.

You simply can´t reform HRE by 1464 as it´s impossible to get so much Authority SO fast.

Don´t believe me, play as Áustria.

You are really asking me to show the math of why it´s impossible?

Think carefully.
If people have concerns about certain records, and believe that cheating is involved, that's fine, and their concerns should be addressed.
However, there are several things wrong with what you posted.
1. You said there are several cheated records here, but you neglected to mention which ones. If you are concerned, you must say what you are concerned about.
2. You say something is impossible, but don't be so quick to use that word. Keep in mind that people have thought up techniques to get around problems that other players might have trouble with, so just keep an open mind.
3. If you do have evidence of cheating, please present as soon as possible. Otherwise, it just creates confusion and discontent.
4. Also, what other records do you have concerns with? You seem to be suspicious of other records as well, so please say which ones.

Anyways, what I really want to say is that it's alright to suspect someone of cheating, however please be patient and show respect, because it is possible that your accusation is wrong.

I have a suggestion: Most controlled cardinals.

Atm I have 3, plus 3 future cardinals.
Most I had were 4 active, and 3 future cardinals.
If no one has any higher and you're fine with it I can upload a screenshot.
