EU4 FORT / ZoC QUESTION?

I am playing as England. When my soldiers are going to Calais from Chartres (I have military access from Burgundy), my soldiers are going to Caux DIRECTLY at first picture but when the Caux occupied by France, my soldiers are not going to Caux DIRECTLY. They are going to Caen FIRST, they are going to Caux LATER (EVEN CAUX IS 2 DISTANCE FROM MY RETURN PROVINCE) Why ???????

The return province rule has been removed/changed in 1.32. As long as you own and control Caux, you can move to it, because it is in the ZoC of your fort in Caen, but I think the ZoC doesn't apply anymore when it is occupied.
