EU4 DLC Subscription

Hello, I was wondering whether it is possible for me to apply for a subscription to the EU4 DLC's. most of my friends have been given this option for subscription, I, however, haven't as one of the few in the group. Is there also maybe a link where you can subscribe from?

Subsciption is currently only offered to a limited random test group. You can't apply individually atm.
