So this tribes essentially can only have 2 development outside their capital state? That’s brutal. What about their starting dev, are they all placed in one state?
They all start with 6 development in one province. The three tribes all occupy the same state so even if they conquer each other that leaves them with 18 development in jungle provinces. Surrounded by bigger countries that hate them and are protected by Ming.

3. What will happen if other religion group takes control of The Emerald Buddha?
Only countries in the Eastern group can take control of the Buddha.

Wait, so Confucianism gets a bonus for controlling Emerald Buddha?
They don't get the Karma but they benefit from the prestige.

Would it be possible to split Pathein in Pegu in two? It is quite a large province

Would it be possible to give back Taungu their uniquie idea set back? It was for some reason removed in Dharma

It wasn't removed, it was renamed so that it would also apply to Prome.

Any way for tags outside the tribes to get the Stateless Society reform?

As far as I recall they just get a random ruler on ruler death.
We might as well commit to the meme and make them have a permanent interregnum.

I see, however the current Burma idea set it a shadow of itself (I feel the old one was WAY better)
I would prefer if Taungu had the old idea set and Prome the current Burma one so you could chose which one to play as

Nope. States tend to like existing, it is quite difficult for people to get rid of them (as opposed to simply replacing them with a different state) when they're already entrenched. Especially before anyone has heard of a certain ideology that is way outside of our time period.

I feel like a permanent interregnum would make them literally unplayable.

Does the Taunguan mission "Suppress the Saophas" have something to do related with the (still unrevealed) mandala mechanics? Currently they take 2 dev from 4 provinces and grant your capital 8 dev.
Also, how do SEA countries manage tributaries right now? Do they surround themselves with tributaries or rather expand following their missions?

This modifier provides your country with +0.1 Monthly Karma, and a decision is available to renovate the shrine for a cost and reverse the effect so that it instead provides -0.1 Monthly Karma depending on your current needs. You can switch the bonus back and forth endlessly so long as you can afford the cost. Historically the Emerald Buddha changed hands several times in our period, being appropriated by Lan Xang and eventually Ayutthaya. In EU4, any country in the Eastern religion group can seize the Emerald Buddha for themselves by occupying its present location.
If all eastern religions can steal the Buddha, what do you get if you're Confucian? Extra harmony, or maybe just more prestige on top of the 0.5?

What about shinto? It's been a while since I played Japan but iirc they don't have any weird mechanics or sliders (unless that's a reveal you plan on)

Nope. I like the current colour.
The problem is that the mouldable shan is the same color as the exempt country Dali
Change at least the color of Dali
Bhutan and Sikkim have the same problem with color

I’ve indicated before that I intended to revise the trade routes for the Siam node, and here it is. Now both Canton and Burma flow into Siam, while the Burma node is significantly improved with the addition of Lower Burma. Pegu will now have a much easier time dominating the Burma trade node, while players in the Siam node finally steer trade from China and Burma into their home node.
And players in India don't have to conquer all they way down into Burma to lock down the Bengal node. But then again, time to prepare an invasion of Siam to lock down the Burma trade node :D

The Taungu mission tree has been slightly reworked so that it is now accessible to Ava and Prome as well as Taungu itself. This tree remains limited to owners of the Dharma expansion.
You might rename the "Defeat our Rival" mission then. It makes sense for Taungu and Prome, but less so for Ava.

This gives them a massive 99% penalty to their governing capacity, making it almost impossible for them to expand
I predict a stateless society WC no more than 2 weeks after the new content is released.

I'm still curious about the mandala reform. Did I miss a reveal about it somewhere along the line?

Assuming a streamer with pre-release access hasn't done it already, of course.
