As nice as the features are, I gotta say I'm disappointed. I expected culture acceptance rework

Wiz, can you change the culture of a province of you primary culture to another adiacent?
Does it mean that mercenaries will update when you change your unit type?
Because he is at work and he can't read all and reply all.@Wiz, what does it take for you to reply a random comment?![]()
Anyone that starts with the longest name. You plan on playing the English then?
I've been holding off a colonial game ever since the rework of the RNW was anounced, and boy that picture looks awesome ! Can't wait
On another note I gathered from the culture change screenshot that culture conversion is now capped at 30 dip points in terms of cost, for real ? (it would be a pretty big change not having those 200+ dip points provinces).
It probably is capped at 30 development points, so the most expansive culture conversion would be 300 diplo points.
My suggestions:When you are already touching the canal mechanic could we expand it a bit?
- By default nobody but you and your vassals have access. Like it is with military access... they are moving through your territory, you should be able to prevent this even in peace time.
- Everyone else can get access by getting fleet basing rights or a new canal right deal.
- Maybe you can grand access to a country without a fee for a relationship boost.
When I build the Panama canal as Portugal I would like to prevent England from using it even if we are not at war... when they want to settle the American west coast they can take the long way.
And I really like the changes to culture conversion.
