Yeah, the event has a MTTH of 12 months and a non-pagan AI will always destroy the temples. My CN owns the province and he has been Jan Hus'd recently so it's probably gone.

I don't think this had anthing to do with AE.It's certainly unfortunate for the Germans but they didn't manage their IRL AE very well
Real life AE, lots of players had grudges against them.I don't think this had anthing to do with AE.
Real life EU4 AE is simply emotion. Office politics in EU4.Real life AE, lots of players had grudges against them.
It just being emotion doesn't change the fact that it got the whole world to mobilize against four nations. Not sure what point you're making here.Real life EU4 AE is simply emotion. Office politics in EU4.
You said it could be managed. What point are you making? It just being emotion doesn't change the fact that it got the whole world to mobilize against four nations. Not sure what point you're making here.
You can definitely manage it. Not killing everyone around you, not intervening in other peoples wars etc. I understand it's part of the game but if you ignore the diplomatic repercussions from your actions this kinda thing will happen. You said it could be managed. What point are you making?
Exactly what happened had it not happened would the "hug box" not have been attacked. Nothing. This would have happened no matter what. What the "hug box" did wrong is they did not broaden their alliances to people they helped in the past. You can definitely manage it. You don't think they could have talked to KJ or anyone else that got stabbed by the Italians to bring them into the fold? I think you're giving them a pass for not bothering to broaden their alliance. Does Wiz not deserve some credit for bringing all these past enemies together? I'm pretty sure StarNaN wouldn't have gotten involved if the PLC didn't intervene and ruin Switzerland. Same goes for Brazil and Andalusia if Prussia doesn't step in last session. Emotions are managed by not giving a people a reason to be emotional i.e. going out of your way to make enemies.Exactly what happened had it not happened the "hug box" would not have been attacked. Emotions are not "managed".
Maybe. Hindsight is 20/20. I'm not in their minds. I remain skeptical that the "hug box" would not have been dismantled no matter what. This is why I think not expanding the hug box was their only mistake. You don't think they could have talked to KJ or anyone else that got stabbed by the Italians to bring them into the fold?
