Besides, this is a brilliant opportunity to train some more hosts, nothing beats throwing them in at the deep (or to the wolves, depending on your preferred metaphor).

Sure but at the same time when he was tossed under the bus last session he looked like a dear in the head lights.... People either are extroverts or there introverts people have confidence or they don't. I am not saying Victor is a bad person as quiet introverts that lack in confidence are typically nice people who had something happen in there past that has affected there self confidence....

But these people don't make for a good public speakers, a good politician, a good actor, a good caster! Watching Victor last week was very awkward and I felt embarrassed for him, I can only imagine how awkward an entire episode would be.... Is this really something he wants to do??? Or is he the odd person out in the office???

So much negative press on Victor (Victor? - sorry for my ignorance) before he has even got his chance to shine. It was difficult for him to come into his own with the regular hosts in the limelight, but he did gain valuable exposure to casting. Let’s give him some support (and leeway) for the upcoming stream and he may just surprise us (especially if he brings back the fan facts!).
