Well, the priority should be to make the customers and viewers happy though.
I prefer YT because that runs on my preferred software on my streaming dongle. This choice shouldn't force me to consume a session spread over a week, with the resulting spoilers via Twitter etc. Just let me view it how I want and when I want.

Answering on Blondies behalf here but because that makes Youtube happy and helps our channel grow. As you say, the whole thingie is available on twitch as well for all that prefers that.

Depends on Holland, France, Bohemia and the Pope. Either they trust Starnan not to use his click towards their oblivion, or they team up with at least Hungary to get free.

He did take religious, which is a must for culture converting. Has he taken Influence? If so, that's another -20% he'll have right there from the policy, on top of -25% to begin with. Throwing -25% from Enlightenment on top of it and he'll be able to do it fairly quickly and cheaply.

It's harder in single player because AI armies very much favour coming after the player and you get more AE and stuff, you don't have all the major nations around you ignoring everything you do.

That seems... strangely paradoxical. It seems like it would normally be harder in multiplayer, but it was attainable because everyone was busy with the Kaiser Roll(-ing) all over people.

Amazing to think that after just 150 years, the world is already divided into two- the anti-Kaiser Johan and the pro-Kaiser Johan. I'm sure even Morocco has its opinions on which camp its in!
