Why'd we assume that? Don't know who the winning side will end up being, but Hungary could choose it, or even determine it. GB is powerless on land, has neither current nor potential meaningful allies. My bet is it'll control none of its victory cards by 1821.
I don't even know who is the good guy anymore. If Starnan didn't backstab the western alliance and instead waited a bit longer, I could have presumed he was, but now... And Kaiser is too much a non-underdog for me to root for him. Johan, perhaps, or Dnote? 
It's a shame. I like Sidestep, but I think his luck might have run out, with Bohemia surely wanting his land. Unless he suddenly joins the HRE (if he can) and betrays his benefactor, I predict a painful death for his honorable campaing.
Otherwise, Mike last stand in Kilwa was truly commendable and Rageair thriving in South America is good to watch.
So, the power blocks seem firmly established : The Western ______, the Sea Powers, the H RE, Byzantium and the Eastern Powers. And Sweden, Kilwa, Mali. I think I didn't forget anyone. Bratyn is probably scheming in his own place and the "Eastern Powers" might not even be that united, though.

1. Bring back those intros, keeping us updated about the players and their current strength.
2. Why are the dev clash sessions separated into 3 files on YouTube, all uploaded together but only published by several days?
When I missed a stream I don't want to wait days till I can see the next 40 minutes. And then more for the rest. It especially makes no sense as the same session is available on Twitch in one file straight away.

Answering on Blondies behalf here but because that makes Youtube happy and helps our channel grow. As you say, the whole thingie is available on twitch as well for all that prefers that.
Well, the priority should be to make the customers and viewers happy though.
I prefer YT because that runs on my preferred software on my streaming dongle. This choice shouldn't force me to consume a session spread over a week, with the resulting spoilers via Twitter etc. Just let me view it how I want and when I want.
BjörnB shouldn't be counted out fully, halving his score still makes 1696 (+1.05) and a good shot at top5 at least. His VCs will of course be worse than those of non-relocated players, but with Chinese aid he can likely secure most or all of them.Probably, these are the potential trophy countries, if we exclude those who relocated and have halved score.
Knocking GB down below Hungary seems almost impossible, if we also assume that Hungary will die horribly when Austria and Byzantium finally go to war.
