resolved, i see it when there isn't any custom nations, so that must be why, damn i have to start all over again

Glad you figured it out. For the record, what exactly happened with your initial game? - Did you create a Custom Nation somewhere and not play as them or did you create a Custom Byzantium or something else?
i replaced Nepal with a custom nation with a 000 king and heir, and the worst ideas, ever since they DOW'd me when i was westernizing as the ottomans like 3 years ago and halted like 20 years of progress i have hated them.
