As usual we can't guarantee that loading old saves work, but hopefully it won't break this time. Be sure to create a backup just in case.

Lies! All lies! Here are the real Patchnotes:

# General changes
- If you reach the maximum of 25 provinces, your territory will be automatically cut back to one province.
- Provinces in territories now start with an autonomy level of 125%.
- Colonial nations now start with a liberty desire of 150% and an alliance with all you rivals.
- Players will get 1 point of corruption for every province after the first and the corruption level of you current campaign will determine the price you have to pay for the next DLC.
- Victory cards will now be part of single player games.
- Players get the possibility to press the continue button in Iron Man games. By doing so they will however lose all achievements already earned. No warning will be given in the game.
- The Random Nation button will now always let you play Byzantium. Also Byzantium gets a unique "Give Up" decision at the beginning of the game.
- Forts now block you own movement instead of enemy movement. As long as you don't own a fort in every single province, you will hear the constant ringing of a bell and a voice calling "Shame!".
- Mercantilism now lowers you corruption level.
- France now starts with a four star general and permanent claims on all provinces in Iberia.
- Removed the possibility to call allies to offensive wars.
- France is now part of the High European tech group, granting a 75% discount on technological advancement.

# Culture
- All culture groups in the Middle East, Anatolia und northern Africa have been merged and now form the unified culture of the Sand People. The only formable country of nations belonging to this culture will be the Babylonian Empire.
- The rest of Africa will be merged in the African People culture group.
- All provinces of Poland will now be part of the Germanic culture group.

# Map
- The territory of Tibet and the island of Taiwan are now a part of the Ming territory, as it always has been and always will be.
- Added a strait between Lissabon and Havanna to make the colonization game easier.
- The American continent is now completely empty at the beginning of the game, since it was historically uninhabited.

# Achievements
- Playing as intended: Start a one province minor and stay one until 1821.

I'd be happy to be corrected here, but does that make sense for 1444? I thought it was the von Habsburgs and the Bourbons that had the rivalry with each other, not the de Valoises? The rivalry modifier might be best added in as an event in the 16th century instead, although I know what balance problem it's trying to solve.
