EU3 to Ricky question

When I convert game from Ricky to HoI I have no events in my game. Is it the same when I convert a game from EU3 to Ricky? If yes, could to tell me how to fix it? And one more question: could you give me link to Eu3 to Ricky converter?

This is the only converter I know of. Don't know if there will still be events.

The victoria events should work in general, although many will not fire due to the fact that the countries they effect may not exist or be in very ahistorical situations.
