I want ot get EU 3. Is it worth it? Should I get complete or start with original first?

Despite its name Complete is not complete, two more expansions were released later. Get EU3 Chronicles , that has them all in one bundle.
Yeah, get chrionicles - and play for like a month, but do it for scientific reasarch of what is good strategy and what is not. Read eu3 wiki, search thru events ect. Then play Multiplayer, and become good player.
Probably because he bought it from Steam, and that's what they do. He will however also have an HttT and a DW registration code, which he should also register here.
Yeah Steam gives you 3 codes if you buy chronicles. - Complete, HTTT and DW. You have to register all three to make them appear.
