Have not recieved my copy yet, but I am considering starting another EU2 game and wondered whether I should take a possible import into Vicky into account in nation choice.

Nope. Someone started making a converter, but it's not done yet. I think he's taking a (long) break.
The converter is being worked upon and is not even out of alpha stage.
