EU2 Beta test reply...

Hey all.

Sorry if someone's asked this before, but...

I signed up for EU2 Beta test a few days ago (2 or 3, I'm impatient ) and I'm quite sure it said I'd receive a confirmation email. Well, I haven't received anything of the sort, so I was wondering if I just have to wait longer (not an automated process or something), or if something must have gotten buggered along the way and I should try again.

Guess I should have read it better.. I saw something like 'confirmation email' just as I closed the window, I thought they'd send me a confirmation that they'd received my application.

... and you may start now if you like - bit difficult without the CD though!
If you had read the blurb properly then you would have noticed that the CDs would be sent, or could be collected, on the 1st September.
I am afraid that your attention to detail doesnt say much for your chances of becoming a Beta Tester.........

i know that everibody can't download the game but won't it be chipper to let those who can download it rather than shipping it (after all we indicated the speed of our internet connection in the form to apply to the beta test, they know who can and who cannot)?

Nope, each CD will be personalized so can't put them on ftp...
