9- What is the colored bar under the units, and why is different in the board and when you see the army frame ?
10- When I enter in a battle with an ally there is a difference if I really help him or if I remain quiet in my contry ?
11- What's the difference bettwen a golden anchor and a silver-plated anchor ?
12- What's the meaning of the tower that appears in the map when there is a siege ?
13- Why, for example, an Spanish army appears in the map with the number 29 but if I put the mouse in the unit it appers 18.927 men?

General:
1- How can I know the terrain of one territory?
Look at it, the images of mountains are different from those of woods, or plains.
You need certain tech levels or conquistadors to enter terra incognita.
2- The computer players can ask for loans to me ?
No
2- The computer players can ask for alliances to me ?
Yes
3- How can I calculate the annual income ?
Add tax income of all your provinces.
4- An annexed country can appears again in the game?
It may revolt. When in revolt long enough, it may declare itzelf independant.
5- How can I know the technological level of another countries?
You cannt, unless you look it up in a saved game file.
6- How can I see the troops that are inside a ship ?
For other nations, you cannt.
7- What represents the red,green or white face ?
8- What is the maximum wear % ?
9- What is the colored bar under the units, and why is different in the board and when you see the army frame ?
10- When I enter in a battle with an ally there is a difference if I really help him or if I remain quiet in my country ?
11- What's the difference bettwen a golden anchor and a silver-plated anchor ?
Golden anchors are harbours with a shipyard.
12- What's the meaning of the tower that appears in the map when there is a siege ?
Assaulting?
13- Why, for example, an Spanish army appears in the map with the number 29 but if I put the mouse in the unit it appers 18.927 men?
The difference indicates the number of guns.
14- Which are the effects of vasalization ?
I think this is listed in the manual.
15- There is a difference if I promote many employees at the same time or if I promote one each month ?

Each type of terrain has its color
green=forest
blue-green=marsh
brown=hilly land
beige=plains

5- How can I know the technological level of another countries?
You cannt, unless you look it up in a saved game file.

You can know it for the majors. See the log.

7- What represents the red,green or white face ?

Green=no attrition
Red=attrition occurs

9- What is the colored bar under the units, and why is different in the board and when you see the army frame ?

The color refers to the morale of the troops. More it is green, more it is better. If troops are at a very low point, the colors turn to red.

10- When I enter in a battle with an ally there is a difference if I really help him or if I remain quiet in my country ?

No. Sometimes you just can't help him. e. g. Brandenburg-Bavaria are at war against Hanover. Bavaria can't reach Hanover.

11- What's the difference bettwen a golden anchor and a silver-plated anchor ?
Golden anchors are harbours with a shipyard.

When you have a shipyard, you have automatically a colonist each year. You can have a shipyard either at the beginning of the game (Andalousia, Ragusa) or by building one when you reach Naval tech number... oh, I can't remember (it is in double digits).

12- What's the meaning of the tower that appears in the map when there is a siege ?
Assaulting?

Yep

14- Which are the effects of vasalization ?
I think this is listed in the manual.

You have the half of vassal revenue. You can put troops on vassal territory (in time of peace&war)

15- There is a difference if I promote many employees at the same time or if I promote one each month ?

Only governors should be named at different moment. Each governor you name will decrease by 1% the inflation level. So, if you inflation level is 1%, name just one governor.

Thanks!

Sieges - Left number is your siege rating, calculated by leaders siege ability and number of guns (guns compared to defenders fortress).
Right number is provinces defense rating, if a padlock appears here you are blockading the province and it will fall as fast as if it is inland, else provinces with ports last much longer.

Battles - I don't understand:confused:

1- color, see Rex Francorum

2- you can offer loans to computer players, this is so easy that many consider it no fun.

2b- The computer can ask you to join it's alliance and to make royal marriages, I think it can ask to join your alliance as well but I'm not sure. It won't ask to trade maps.

3- Why would you want to? ;) You can check the 'ledger' for last years income.

4- Yes, if it's capital province (or Trondheim in case of Norway) revolts for long enough the nation will be reborn, and might take other nearby revolting provinces as well.

5- This is probably EU2 then, but press on a foreign capital and look at the info-screen to the left, there might be something there (but I don't promise anything)

6- Press the ship, then press unload (then left-click somewhere else to avoid unloading. This display method bugs sometimes though). Or maybe look in the ledger.

7- Green, in supply province
Yellow, adjacent to in-supply province (some extra attrition)
Red, no supply lines, much extra attrition.
Then there is a color for 'tropical climate, even more attrition' IIRC.

8- Wear = attrition? Depends upon landtechlevel, supplylines, terrain and climate. Hover above the attrition figures on the info-screen for a while to get a tooltip to pop up and explain some.

9- On the map it shows general combat strength, in army-screen it shows morale.

10- Not really.

11- Golden anchor = port with shipyard, port can build 10* more ships per 'go'. Owning at least one shipyard gives +1 colonist per year.

12- To remind you that a siege is going on.

13- Cavalry and guns are included in the # (1000 inf or cav=1, 10 guns =1) Some strange rounding appears, especially if you have several smaller armies present in the province.

14- A vassal gives half of his monthly tax income to his overlord, and can be diplo-annexed if vassal and overlord share a land border somewhere in the world.

15- If you promote all at once they are all done sooner, but cost more money at once.. ..or - No.

Really?!? I've never gotten a loan offer accepted, no matter how I've phrased it.

Actually, yes it might.
12- To remind you that a siege is going on.
The tower only appears when the fortress is being assaulted.

13- Cavalry and guns are included in the # (1000 inf or cav=1, 10 guns =1) Some strange rounding appears, especially if you have several smaller armies present in the province.
Each category within each army unit is rounded up and then totaled. So four units each with 1/1/1 will have a total weight of 12, even though there are just as many people as in a single unit with 12/0/0 which has a weight of 1. And attrition is based on official weight, not actual composition.

If you propose a 10d loan at 10% the country will generally accept. This is the problem. It will always accept. Where it will refuse a mega loan of 100d at 10%, it will however accept 10 loans of 10d at 10%.
