EU:R: multilanguage?

Hello!
I'd love to preorder this game but I cant understand if it is multilanguage or not!

Does anybody know who publish the game in italian? Or if this language is contained in the preorderable version??

It does ask you in what country you live in, and if you click Italy there is an Icon of EU:R so I assume that it will come in Italian, if not (and it is available) change the settings.txt to Italian.

Thanks! Yes, I checked it too.
I believe the game will be like EU3, in which there's a folder named "localisation" and there are the different languages... if it's so, I'm preordering now
