EU IV Strategy subforum

Hi,
is it possible to get a subforum for EUIV strategy discussion ? It is really boring and annoying to search through all the bug/balance threads which are on the first side of the forum. Multiple times QQ about France and what not.
Im aware that we have a strategy section, but currently only pdox and some ppl are allowed to post there. Leaving us with nothing.

The idea is that the FAQ forum acts as a reference so the same threads do not get made over and over.
Hash the ideas out in a thread and then ask a moderator to move it to the FAQ forum. That thread should link back to the original one that people can post in, that way it also never gets lost.

Prety sure there is already a thread about this in the EUIV forum.
