On GG EUIV is on sale atm if I buy that and the DLC pack is that everything? the dlc pack says it is all content up till june or july this year, was there any other expansion released after that?

On GG there are about 20 or so dlc packs with no release dates, Now where as you don't know, There will obviously be some people here that do know and can provide me with a more informative answer.
He's telling you to look around the forum because a new expansion pack was released just 2 days ago. Honestly, I don't know how could you miss it.
EDIT: So if you buy the DLC pack you will still be missing Art of War + small dlcs and Res Publica + small dlcs.

A new expansion, Art of war war was just released, along with two cosmetic and two music DLCs.

Thanks Warial, As I have never played EU IV I have never read through the forums, Therefore I would not have a clue as to what is new and what isn't. I played a borrowed version of III years ago.

A bit of warning: That particular DLC is rather divisive; some people love it, some hate it. The DLC actually replaces some default music from the game, including the main theme. I'd recommend not buying it until you listen to it on Youtube and see if you enjoy the music.
