-What new (if any) features are gonna be in it?

-Is it a stand-alone or Expansion for EU2?

EU2 packed with another game (formerly only in Swedish) called Svea Rike 3 and some other "extras".

Not sure exactly.

Latest info says late July.

Stand-alone.
