I'd rather not attacking anyone, actually. Slargos and I are often at each other's mercy, and opportunism does not become me .

England had a productive, but rough session. After enjoying excellent growth and stability under Damocles, England shortly suffered a crippling series of stab-hitting events that largely destroyed its trading, bringing income down by about 90 ducats/month. At the end of the session, England has regrouped, and stands to regain its former heights in income within a few years, from whence will spring conscription centers and shipyards.

Great Britain largely remained neutral despite a series of huge wars except to send troops to fight for France and Venice when Spain's military assistance proved... lacking, as well as to secure its rights in Canada against Prussian encroachment. The Huron nation was destroyed, ridding North America at last of all the native savages. Though England lacked generals in this time period, two have shown themselves near the end of the session, ensuring a viable English presence on land.

England looks forward to continuing to build its wealth peacefully and convert heathens, having tired of these endless European wars. May it be so.

I might add I funded you all very good, and I said, I wouldn't fight these wars, I had a full scale rebelion to fight, and my economy was really bad... even england got ahead of me in income... as you know

i knew that this would come up. i have had a stupid feeling about this partition since last sunday. because since then this was planned, before we quit session and before i saw this 300$ thingie. it had whatsoever NO impact on what happened yesterday, all was settled before. the dice were thrown already.

Somebody gave me a ring of power I had to use it, I was really pissed about the poland thing. So I dropped everything, to prove that rules are need in such a game, and I knew there was no way to include these rules in the current game.
I was promised a powerful navy by venice, he didn't provide that, since I had no use of venice, he was just another expense, and was the one selected as first target. It could just as well been Portugal... As they say in a well known movie, "the hearts of men are easily corrputed" I was corrupted by power, as slargos and as melchior.

My regret is now I actually selected the only one that followed these unwritten rules in the game, I have no defense for that.

Being still in war with France army particly nonexistent thanks to crash and having 0 MP there just wasnt mutch to but accept the innevitable .

Realy quit bad session for Prussia thought could have been even wors had some major problems in the begining but in later wars got it to work with Austria we did beat France in rematch (give atleast some minor credit to Prussias armies they had to at least annoy France I know Prussia is just the insect ). Thought in later war I was going insane with invisible British armies was realy weird to have battle without seeing enemy even by selecting the fighting Prussia army didnt show what was enemy numbers or anything else I realy have to get hands on that stealth technology .

hmm what should Prussia do with Friedrich II there has to be some nice useless new war for him .

Venice traded ALL of her SA colonies for southern Italy, thereby losing 20d in income - per month! A good deal for Spain.

Venice knew that Spain had lost a great deal of mp on that deal, and therefore gave up Helvetia to Spain. To be a good ally. Sure, you gave me cash - but no more than I spent on relations with Helvetia, to annex them.

I was to create a navy for you. Which I did, although slowly. See, I wanted to get my sliders a bit more benefitiant before spending money on a navy. Although I did buy ships from time to time, and IIRC my navy was bigger than yours. But I also had to buy shipyards and naval manus in order to get my support limit up, that takes time and money too. And money was not something I was drowning in, since my poor trading skills ensured that my income was never much higher than 100 (since the SA trade, that is).

And on top of that, I started planning an attack on Portugal together with Lotus because you kept asking me to.

Now. Backstabbing a good ally is perfectly fair if that's the game you play, and it's a viable option. But you didn't have any reason for it what-so-ever. Anyway, like I said: it's viable. But I sure as hell won't ever ally you again.

So you are saying that you had to destroy your former ally when switching to a new one? Otherwise Spain would be destroyed? Uhm... I see... well no, not really. I posed no threat to you, and had never done so. Your choice was based on greed and powergaming alone, nothing more.

So now it wont be suprise for anyone thought I would realy have wanted to play the few last session as I doubt we get to the end in next session . But at least I will be out of cold and dark north for moment hmm maybe Prussia should get its own paradise island .
