So I attacked an ether drake today with a 150K fleet, and was wiped out before I got it below 40%. Enigmatic Shields, Enigmatic power, Giga Cannons, Stormfire Auto-cannons, close to 60 battleships that have 5K shields each, around 50 Carrier class ships with LVL 2 strike/bomber, I also had the curators 25% damage increase, and a level 5 admiral. My last fleet of 75K got it to 40% before they died, so I figured I would double it to kill him. Someone please give me some help here.

The Ether Drake has incredibly high armor, so you need weapons that have good AP. For example, plasma cannons.

Surprised you still lost with that fleet though. Ether drake can be beaten with a fleet under 20k when equipped right.

I think my balancing mod is doing it, because the bigger the fleet I send at it, the stronger it is. its HP was over 600K when I last engaged, and it regenerated close to 5K a second. However I am 150 years in, and I will be pissed if I have to start a new game lol.

The advice still stands, regardless of mod. Stack up on that armor penetration. Stormfire autocannons just tickle the dragon's hide.

Lets hope your mod doesn't create an impossible-to-reach moving target. I would suggest the same GamingHud suggests: use plasma and tachyon lances. I beat dragon with a 20k fleet using that.

You have to name your fleet "Dovahkiin" then it will get a secret modifier of +100% damage against dragons.

*cough* Or you just go full plasma.
plasma is the answer to anything with the current "balance".

Also you could turn off your mod for that particular battle and turn it later back on.

Ok it was the mod, it was giving the drake INSANE regeneration, and 7X it's normal XP that would increase based on something. Turned it off, and my fleet killed him in about 30 seconds lol. Thanks for help and advice on builds everyone.
