Don't get me wrong I am very glad one of the team gave us an answer at last, however in my opinion the whole handling of this situation especially the long silence seems very unprofessional to me.

Some advice from one professional to another.
If you do something wrong. Acknowledgement immediately will stem the flow of forum posts about the issue. Even if you don't have an update in concrete on how long it will take or when its done.
If you just say we are aware of the issue, and apologize, and say you are going to work on the issue as soon as possible. If you have a time frame you should include it.
I have always found silence in my career will lead to increased outrage the longer you are silent, and ends up in some cases causing more damage than the actual problem to begin with.

The developpers post on the forum, and they were on holidays till last week-end.
Twitter and other social medias are handled by community managers... forum s out of their scope.

True but Johan is usually the dev that addresses community complains. The others tend to post answering questions related to mechanics.
Just to reiterate what others said, Neonedt posting DDs about new stuff that will be coming to the game while a part of the forum is met with silence when complaining about features that already exists doesn't look good. Yes, he is a content designer, but even posting something as simple as "I/we are aware of this and will address it in the future" would have been nice.

7 weeks of holiday in sweden for everyone , really ? I guess its ok then.... Still there was another option, an unthinkable one i know, it is to release the DLC and update after thorough QA.For one of the most hyped dlc it was in a sad state.
