Estonia: Best Land Doctrine? (Peace Without Victory Mod)

I am doing my first attempt at a playthrough with Estonia in PWV mod and I was wondering what would be the best doctrine for my little nation to survive WWII. Looking at light infantry as Estonia is poor and I plan on having cavalry with light tank brigade as supporting heavy puncher.

I'm bit confused,why you are opened a sub-thread when you can just post message in a thread of mod?I'm guess Estonia is not a best choice,because USSR will annex you by historical event in a 1940.Of course,you can try joint to axis block,but I'm pretty sure you will annexed in a first weeks of Barbarossa.Please,post your messages in a thread of mod

Estonia (like a Latvia and Lithuania) has a very limited economy and manpower.So you cant do something serious without cheats
