When I go to the "Icon Zombie Club" group I no longer see the picture at the top. I get a white box with the broken image icon. When I right-click and select show image I get this:

I just noticed that when I click Groups and go to the page with the list of all available groups they all have a white question mark where the icon/picture should be. Looks like a problem with every group, not just the ICZ and the ones Wagonlitz mentioned.
Also I have experienced that it was there and then disappeared and then was there and then disappeared ad infinitum in the icon zombie thread. I was replying to Had a Dad and every other time he had replied to me it was there and the rest of the times it was gone; it was really strange. And Had a Dad could see it all the time.

We have an open ticket internally for this issue as I've seen it happen as well, however, if I refresh the page they all appear. I'm guessing it may be a caching issue or database issue but I'll let my tech department investigate it further.

I think that happened to me too once. If I recall correctly I cleared the cache in my browser (Firefox) and then everything was back to normal.
That seems to have worked. It's been awhile since clearing the browser cache actually fixed a problem for me so I didn't even think to try it.

So far the error hasn't reoccurred, but I'll watch out for it.
