I just have installed patch 'hoi2_v1.3a.exe' in HOI2 DD and in the start window before main menu the game shows me this error message and it crash:

Critical error: (Unknown Type in NavalDivision) 'convoyattack = 14' Line = 19 file = db\units\divisions\battleship.txt

What can i do to play DD with the last patch?

Perhaps you've installed the hotfix version of 1.3a
Here is a link to the complete version which can patch over HOI:2 DD v1 install
