error: Mariehamn(377) is already controlled by sweden when sweden wants it

I get this kind of error message for all finnish provinces when I try to start my own scenario were finland belongs to sweden, how can I fix it?

I don't have a direct answer, but I do know Mariehamn is part of Svealand state and it is a Swedish national province (=claim) in grand campaign. Did you perhaps manually also make it a national province creating a duplicate entry?

ohh so that is what national province means, I thought it was to make it a claim if it were taken in war.
