"error loading savegame" and underneath "the file is corrupted"- problem

hi guys, could anybody help me with this? since yesterday i have this problem where ONLY my "autosaves" can be loaded but every single save-game that i made manually is not load-able and says that what i wrote up there... i can't play my campaign with only the autosave's cos there are only 3 of them and i want to play with multiple countries anyway.... plz help me, i hope i wrote this message at in the right place of this forum, its pretty confusion to find your way around here :/

thx, i really dont understand thou why my CD key isent working at all here, it always says "invalid key for"....
i have 2 key's... i bought the hard disc copy including the conquest of paradise dlc...

Log a ticket at paradox.zendesk.com; I think you need to supply the CD code you're using in that support ticket too..

ive managed to find the "steam cd key", its right at the launch of the game, so i managed to register the game to my profile here, althou i have now the problem that the "technical support" thread is "private" and i can't see anything... so i can't post anything either

thank you, i managed it all without the recent link u gave me, i dident know that i had to regist every SINGLE add on, i simple went with the most recent one wich was "art of war" dlc for EU4... so yeah, i now see the tech support ... thanks

Ah, you only need the base game listed as 'Europa Universalis IV' to get the sub-forum access; the DLC codes do nothing but give you the forum icon you can now see underneath your username on posts.

Are you saving to the cloud, or locally? I found all of my MP saves to the cloud were 'corrupted', but anything I saved locally was fine. Maybe try experimenting with cloud vs local, compressed vs decompressed?

nope, never saved on cloud... always local, its that "compression" bug... even thou the "compress savegames" is disabled in main menu-options it still happens... (when your save files are about 5mb in size and the decompressor cant read them) so now i have to manually extract every one of them that i want to be able to load... and thats just annoying, i save a lot of games in just one playthru, i have about 15-20 savegames (next to the 3 autosaves) for 1 nation alone... and the other nations that i play usually have 2 or 3 savegames aswell... so now i have to wait for some patch or so because i cant be bothered to manually do this stuff again and again -.-
