Description​

A mistake on the @birthrate_pretransition_slope define formulae lead to inconsistant results when changing the value of @transition_birthrate_mult define (setting it in an other value than 1).

changing the formulae to @birthrate_pretransition_slope = @[(birthrate_at_transition-max_birthrate)/pop_growth_transition_sol]
solve the problem and is mathematicaly consistant

Steps to reproduce​

- change @transition_birthrate_mult define value to an other value (ex : 1.5)
- observe the behaviour of birthrate in higher SoL values
