Error downloading DH 1.01 Patch

Hello I am attemping to download the DH 1.01 patch from my DH launcher and I keep getting this error when I hit update to latest version or whatever. Unhandled exception has occured in your application details:

Dont think there is an official patch to download - yet ....

or perhaps I'm behind the times? here

it says latest version is 1.01 in the launcher menu. my current version is 1.00
