I get the message below - i know i have only been using forums and developing mods for 15 years, but this is the most unintelligible gibberish i think i have read in a long time.

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
Additionally, If you are a new member or changed your password, you may need to verify your e-mail by clicking on the link we e-mailed you. How to confirm your e-mail
If not, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
If you fear your account might have been disabled without knowing why, you should log a support ticket at Paradox.zendesk.com. Do not re-register under a new name!
