error 0xc000007b After Update 1.29 (Win 7)

well my game can't run anymore after the new manchu update. I've tried any solution that I could find (I.e clean install, re-install all C++ software) and yet the game simply shown error 0xc000007b everytime. I've tried to run it as administor, but still no avail. I've attached my dxdiag log as well

From what I can see your Windows 7 has not been updated for 10 years. I doubt we'll be able to get the game running, it is only ever tested on Win7 with SP1 and the very latest updates from MS (ie this year).

Also that Intel 4000 video system is not supported hardware, and has a driver from 2012.

Anyway let's try some stuff:

Install ALL these Microsoft modules:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109
(run dxsetup.exe after extracting from this download)

And manually install the MS patch KB4019990


If none of that helps, I think you'll have to revert to the previous patch 1.28.3 until you can get Windows and that driver updated.
