I just bought a bunch of the minor DLC's (African portraits, ERE units, dynasty CoAs 2, and ERE music) They are all nice and good but I clicked the ERE just to listen to the music and it was great, it had such an epic feel and it felt so Roman, can't wait to go back to my Komnenos game and rebuild the empire with that epic music in the background. Great work P-Dox .

this is one of the reasons I can't manage to stop playing my current ERE game.
the music is just worthy of an epic.
(though technically you could extract the music and set it to play using any character anyway)

Yeah I agree, That Andreas Waldetoft have really stepped up his game with CK2, the music in Eu3 And Vicky2 got kind of annoying when you had played for some time. But the CK2 soundtrack is awesome, He's now ready to do the score for the next medieval Ridley Scott film. Not even kidding about this, he is that good.

I agree with all the above. The Byzantine music pack is IMO some of the best stuff Waldetoft has composed.

agreed i love it too and suggested they make this stuff before the game was released.......... but im desperatly hopeing all the diverse music will be in at the start of the eu4, we have too wait too long i think, soo the original soundtrack gets dull too quick...... if it was in the game day 1 it would be so much better...... maybe special edition versions that include it all for slightly more

Well I highly disagree that it sounds "Roman" let alone "Byzantine"

It is nothing like what you would have heard in real life... at all... not even the same modal system

but I like the music a lot, and I found it worth the money!
