Ok so what did i do wrong? I proclaimed erbkaisertum in HRE before any religious leagues even formed. I did have one protestant elector though, so i get religious peace? I hoped that catholic religion woukd automatically become dominant :(

Or i need to wait for league wars to proclaim a religion dominant?
