What requirements are needed to bring the following nations into war?

Yugoslavia - Axis
Republican Spain - Allies
Turkey - Axis or Allies
Ireland - Axis or Allies
Portugal - Axis or Allies

The only one I know is Nationalist Spain which is take Gibraltar as Axis. I tried to get Yugoslavia into Axis but they just wouldn't accept.

TFH has changed all that. For instance you can get Nat Spain into the Axis simply by influencing them. I do it all the time. Once they are in, then influence Portugal and they will follow. Yugoslavia will join the Axis also by influencing. I get Turkey in by influencing and raising threat on the Soviet Union. Ireland can join by influencing but its a long way to go, couping them may be better. Rep Spain, its been awhile but influencing should get the job done. The necessary requirements from FTM have been removed. Portugal has a malus against them until National Spain joins the Axis, making it difficult to get them without Nat Spain first.

I did influence Yugoslavia and they didn't join. The SOV threat was high so I'm not sure if just influencing them is right.
