So after purchasing this wonderful little pack, I was saddened that my beloved Russia is not included in the 'update', and I'm left with the ugly old figure. Is there any way that I can change that?

Change that Russian troops are not in the pack? No, not really. You could design your own, of course - ask in User Mods if you want help with that.
