Ok, so it's harder to kill a Finnish submarine, but it's not that much harder. One skilled swimmer could do it, given ten minutes and a saw...
Yes, more about the fighters coming up. Well I think you are correct about those plans, but I am not 100 % sureArntf said:Yay, new fighters!!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I seem to remember that a purchase of new fighters (the Curtiss P-75) was on the cards IRL, but the plans were put on hold for too long...
Yes, I am planning on some more infantry when the fighters are finished, as for the navy I have created one destroyer unit before, maybe I shall create one transport unit, but for now the plans are to make a stronger armyMettermrck said:New fighters, I see. Any plans for the army and navy?
He he that joke is always cool, but as have been said it actually is about the Swedish submarines But don’t worry no plans for subs, that would be silly since what would I need those for, can’t defend the Norwegian mountains form below the seayourworstnightm said:Airplanes, that might help a lot! But do not buy submarines, everyone know submarines do no good in the hands of the norwegians, too easy to sink, you only need to knock on the door...
Indeed, building up the navy takes to long time, so for now the army is number one on the list and then maybe some more aircrafts, and perhaps some transportsDraco Rexus said:Yea! Fighters! Well, Curtiss P-75s, but still, better than nothing, eh?
For the time being, I really think the Norwegian army needs to be strengthened, and not because of any issues with the submarines ( ), but 'cause it'll be easier to build up the army & air force over the navy. But, we'll see what we see, right.
Thank you, I am glad you like it. I shall have a new update up soonJoGi said:Cant wait for next update! Keep it up!
Btw, you know how to sink the same submarine again?
Knock on the door, then they will open and say: "We wont fall for that trick again!"
Now, now, now… no need to be that evil to the Finns, I mean it would actually take 15 not 10 minutes… he he heArntf said:Ok, so it's harder to kill a Finnish submarine, but it's not that much harder. One skilled swimmer could do it, given ten minutes and a saw...

yourworstnightm said:It's very hard to kill a finnish submarine, since there is no such thing!
Indeed it was, but not to worry I will not make any more subs in this gamekenneththegreat said:That joke WAS made for Swedish subs.
And their submarines make so much noise a deaf man at the exact center point in the USA could hear them while they are in Stockholm
He hehe well if you had bought the Norwegian model you would have got the best one in the worldyourworstnightm said:Yeah, we realized how easy it is to sink a submarine, so we never bothered to accuiring any (since we anyway only would afford the norwegian model) . (acctaully it was a part of the Soviet- finnish peace agreement after WWII, that Finland shouldn't have any submarines).
Thank you, and thanks for the information…kenneththegreat said:Nice!
BTW, it would be the US Army Air Force back then
No, but at least it is a place to start… and since we can’t ally since Norway is democratic with little support for war and the US is democratic with little support for war and they are isolationists so at least it is a startyourworstnightm said:It's not like Norway needed a non- agression pact with US, but hey, it's the first step towards a guarantee of independence or an alliance, let's see if the germans dare to invade!
Thank you, glad to hear that you like it. This is a start and then in the end I might get the US to agree to declare that they will defend my independence. We shall see what happensMettermrck said:Of course you need the US to maintain your independence. A wise move on your part. I'm continuing to enjoy the story. Good job, sir.

Arilou said:The real reason is that sinking finnish submarines is just as easy:
You just swim down and knock on the door, they'll open and say "Hah! We won't fall for that one, we're not as stupid as the Norwegians!"
yourworstnightm said:Yeah, i guess that's true!
