Enhancement Request: Chronicle Improvment Suggestions

So, this was my first look at the Chronicle:




From this, I have a few suggestions for improvement:

1. For all entries, include the date or range of dates involved in the event recorded.
2. Include a button or checkbox on messages and pop-ups that will ensure that that message is included in the Chronicle.
3. When I am called to war, record that I was called by NAME_OF_ALLY to war against ENEMY_NAME to aid in the war of WHATEVER. This entry should also record if I accepted or declined the call to arms.
4. When recording battles, include the number of troops involved on both sides and the number of survivors on both sides. Also include the dates that the battle covered. (Alternatively, provide a button that brings up the end-of-battle pop-up.)
5. When a war ends, record that, even if it was a war I was called into.
6. Record all children. (In the above picture, my son's birth was not recorded.)

If anyone else has ideas, please feel free to list them here.

1. Record when a dynasty member inherits land.
2. Record when a female dynasty member marries a landed character or an heir to a landed character, stating what he's heir of (when he's not landed)
3. Record when a male dynasty member marries.
4. Record when a dynasty member dies and by whom, if he was killed.
5. Record changes in Crown Authority and Tribal Authority in a narrative way like "In this year King X started to demand more privilages over his vassals" or something like that.

And this last one is something I find less likely they'll do but heck, this is just a suggestion thread :
6. Have a button where we can add our own entries in a designated year, in case we wanted something recorded.

My suggestion is: scrap the chronicle and replace it with a simple 'history' button like in EU:Rome. The filler text is poor and distracting, the record is sparse and inconsistent, and the graphics are useless. What we need is comprehensive note-taking about each character, not bad jokes about comets or mass deaths.

Have an option /tickbox on pop-up messages for adding this to the chronicle; or (more complicated) a similar system to the message options as to what you want the chronicle to record
