English Music for Welsh Characters

I'm currently playing as a Welsh King, but I wanted to have the English music pack working as well so I modified the DLC. I thought I might as well release it to you guys as well.
NOTE: This will not work unless you have purchased the English Music Pack DLC.

Download This:

How to Install:
1. Go to where you have installed CK2 (usually something like "C:\Program Files\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II
2. Go into the "dlc" folder and double-click on "dlc003.zip".

EITHER (depending on what software you're using)
3a. Go into "Music" and paste the file.
OR
3b. Unpack the archive, follow step 3a and then repack the archive.

Nice! But, would it be possible to just enable these songs for ALL cultures? I'd really love that.


EDIT: Hm, wait, simply removing the "Modifer factor = 0" should make it play for everyone?

You just do it like this:

song = {
name = "song_name.ogg"

chance = {
modifier = {
factor = 1
}
}
}

Are you sure? If you follow the steps I listed above it should work (it did playing as the Welsh).

I'm pretty sure I'm heard new music although I'm not Saxon or English.
