Why did you change england to have accepted culture threshold of -20% for their national tradition?
What source did you guys use for a historical basis because English history shows that England was very intollerant of other cultures. They never accepted Irish for example. And when it came to the new world they did not mix with the natives like the French, Spanish, portugese.

If anything England is one of the nations that should have a resistance modifier to accepting new cultures.


And how come you guys took out the privateer efficiency? England was the premiere privateer nation of the 1500-1600's. Its how won against the Spanish. If its a balance thing then just adjust it or change it to some other kind of light ship modifer or something.
