England refusing to go Protestant

In almost all of my games so far England has received a Protestant centre of reformation which has flipped the religion of almost the entire nation. However, I've yet to see England actually go Protestant a single time so far, even if they only have a handful of Catholic provinces and are constantly getting rebels from religious disorder events. Is there a problem here or is it just chance?

I have yet to see England stay catholic, even before AoW. YMMV

I've seen a protestant England in all of my games so far. I'm guessing it's heavily dependent on where the centres of reformation pop up. The reformation seems a lot less anemic than it used to be still.
