England gets invaded by France every time

Lately i noticed that in my every game in EU4 England gets invaded by France and looses home territory to them.
Please take a look at the screenshot.

This is result after a second war against France, but the first War result was as follows:
1. England returns core provinces of Scotland (OPM not allied to france, haven't participated in the war)
2. England cedes remaining continental holdings to France + cedes Kent to France

I play EU4 basically from the release date and i got used to see England loose continetal holdings every time and then loose all the colonial wars to rivals but i never saw France blobbing into British Islands. Now i see this every game.

I think that something should be done with English AI to be more navy orientated so it can actually protect the islands, or their ideas should be boosted as French ideas are imho the strongest in the game and france is the strongest country in the game. I almost never seen france fall to neighbours, maybe once to Burgundy patches ago.

I belive something should be done.

But can someone explain to be what is going on here?

Just RNG. And once you see something weird you have a tendency to see it every time it happens. I haven’t seen a single France invasion of England in 1.23 myself.

I've not seen Blue England(Except when I played France) in a very long time. 4 or so patches.

Crazy stuff happens, and sometimes it happens a couple times in a row.

I saw Al-Andalus form in in three straight games last patch. I've only seen it one time before and not once since that odd run.

Its more common that France gets eaten in this patch. In my observation (~20 games) 50% of the time
The AI sucks this patch and gives weird results in general.

This patch is really worse on how AI handles troop movements. Go check it in to detail and stop praising England beating France. Beating France as England should be doable only as a player and rightly so. Have a nice day

Well, the only time I see a blue England, France inherited Scotland in the 5 first years of the game.

If I remember correctly a few patches ago England now starts with fewer heavy ships.

England can fail big time thanks to the Lollard heresy rebels and War of the Roses, not to mention the useless starting king. They are like Castile in that their opening is very precarious.

Haven't seen France invade England yet in 1.23, unlike pretty much all recent patches. The main reason is probably that they send all thier troops to colonies.

i my game (Venice now Italy) England is eating up France. I try to help if I can but France is weak and not many good ally.

I see red France about as often as I see blue England, maybe with a slight advantage to France conquering Britain.

My exact same experience. France looses interest in English territory as soon as they get their continental holdings. Its something I watch closely every game, for fear of blue England.
