I am trying to work out how to launch a primed energy siphon on a target?
Its my first game so Im starting easy, just versus a single AI opponent to get a feel for things. Tbh chances are that's how I will continue to play anyway, based on my skill level!
I have researched and primed energy siphon, and its ready to be deployed in my operations tab. But i cant work out how to actually deploy it! When I click launch and the screen changes from the arsenal lists to a "launch" dropdown menu, there is no option to select the target. Under the label 'Commanders" it is blank. I have tried scrolling over and clicking on every dwelling uncovered on the map that doesn't belong to me, but then the energy siphon menu disappears.
Please, can someone explain how I deploy this?
