In my recent game Finland had joined the Axis alliance and when the Germans attacked the USSR Finland joined in. Eventually the "end of the Winter War" event came along and the Soviets went with "settle for what we asked for" making peace with Finland and all the other axis allies. This should be a deal only between Finland and USSR right?
