When I ended my first game, I was a little disappointed noting that after spending weeks of planning, DoWing, colonizing and conquering, the only thing I have is a sentence like "how much is your country changed?".

The written history is a very fun thing, but I thinks that some kind of comparison with the other powers would not be bad (like EU2? I dont' remember). I would love also come Civilization-type ending, where you can see the world painting with your color (but in the big map) and some graphs/statistics.

What do you think?

I occasionally like to flip through the years in the start game screen and see how province ownership changes over time, rise and fall of empires. And it occurred to me that it shouldn't be all that hard to use that interface with the province history in the savegames, allowing the players to flip through their own games instead (just wouldn't be able to start games that way)

Here i think is another good idea of many ideas in the forum.

Most ideas that did not came from this forum were - well... one word : Hordes...

I think it could be nice to see it in EU4 - or next expansion - but i would rather like EU4 - i think they will announce new EU4 in this summer - but it is only my supposition, or prognose - it does not have to happen. Maybe because i sad it it will be so - let's say it may be butterfly effect, but you never know such things... also i think that they got many things to work (like the new CK - i think it will be great game, but hordes may be something that will make some players uneasy - or Magna Mundi - also makes me feel apealing).

Still i don't think it will be a thing added in new patch ;).

This is a brilliant idea, would be awesome if we get this for some future installment of EU!

There are, but I doubt they would comment here sorry. They probably view the VIC2 and CK2 forums instead because of the bigger ''aoura'' circling around them, because both are new games.

A utility that does just that already exist EU3View see

I may not be as detailed as one might hope for but it gives a very nice overview of your game. It would be nice if it was built in to the game but it is just as good outside.
Some more stats at the end would be nice but not many people play to the end so I don't expect much effort to be put into that.

A history replay of the map similar to Civilization would be incredible.

This.

Was one of the *best features* of Civilization ... and encouraged you to play thru as long as you can each time.

You got it available whether you reached game-end (year-wise), won the game, got eliminated, or just resigned.

It would be a huge improvement over the complete randomness of "brief" "epic" "brutal" "wisely" "unwisely" etc adjectives to everything you've done.
