I’ve been having a problem in my past few games, the End Game Crisis faction wont spawn. I have my end game start date set to 2350 and my end game set at 2450. Is there any reason the end game crisis won’t trigger? Or am I just getting unlucky with the event chance rolls?

Probably just getting unlucky, try turning the crisis setting up a bit in your next game

there is never any guarantee that an end game crisis will spawn [barring you turning crisis off]

I can't really suggest anything to fix this...mainly due in part that it is more or less up to the derp ai the game has

and sadly the derp ai is derp

you could try to tweak the odds in your favor by researching anything that could trigger an end game crisis

The Scourge has no trigger; it is the most common
The Contingency requires Synths to be researched
The Unbidden requires Jump Drives to be researched and used

The only crisis that is weird is The End of the Cycle
which requires you to go the Psionics route and hope that The Shroud offers you a Covenant with End of the Cycle [which is rather rare]

This is from the wiki

After 50 years into the End-Game (Year 2400 on default) the crisis trigger will roll once every 5 years until a crisis takes place, with the following weights
  • 10 for the Prethoryn Scourge
    • x2 if more than 60 End-Game years passed
    • x3 if more than 80 End-Game years passed
    • x4 if more than 100 End-Game years passed
  • 10 for the Extradimensional Invaders
    • x0 if no default empire has either version of the Jump Drive and the last Unchained Knowledge Resolution was not passed
    • x4 if any default empire has Tech Psi Jump Drives
    • x1.5 if any empire completed the Wanderlust Event chain
    • x2 if the last Unchained Knowledge Resolution was passed
  • 10 for the Contingency
    • x0 if no default empire has the Synthetics technology and Mechanical Pops
    • x2 if any default empire has the Synthetics technology and between 25% and 50% Mechanical Pops
    • x4 if any default empire has Synthetics technology and more than 50% Mechanical Pops
    • x1.5 if the Ancient Caretakers exist
  • 120 Nothing
There can also be the one you trigger from using the shroud.
