Every 10 years, I go through every planet and re-enact this decision. Can we have some way to simply select all the planets to enact a given decision on and do a 1-click? It's a pain in the butt. This decision is a must have mid-game when you need all the pop growth you can get...

I could see an empire wide "edict" that would have the same effect as long as the variable cost was somehow accounted for.

Honestly though I'd like an option to at least know when decisions expire so I can re-up them as opposed to having to mindlessly scan all of my planets and re-enact the decision. This is one example of the nuisance-level micro I've been complaining about in other threads.

Open a list of check-markable planets and check-markable decisions, do some ticking, see total cost, click "enact". I'd love to see that.

I get that PD want to have bulk sinks for goods because of the whole "people hate seeing negative numbers", but this is a case where a toggle should really be implemented. Having to go through your planets constantly to toggle it back on is just busywork, you never want it off except for when a planet is fully developed and full, and because of the size of the chunk of food you have to expend it's not even something you just do every ten years as you can't reasonably store enough food to make the cooldowns sync up.

Actually for this line specifically I'd like to see a slider toggle-
"Evacuate planet" "Encourage emigration" "Maintain population" "Permit growth" "Promote growth"

The last would be combined with some consumer goods as a cost to take the immigration pull effect from 'distribute luxury goods'

Most would leave the last on outside of emergencies, but moving these out of decisions would help clean up the mess that is the current decision menu.
